My Approach

I will help you by utilizing a holistic approach to support you in attaining your optimal health.  I believe in the bioindividuality of each person and trust that what is best for our bodies is also the best for our planet. It’s a win/win relationship.

In my practice, I approach food from a very holistic perspective. Rather than dwelling on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create  changes in their lifestyle that brings food to the table in a healthy, simple, and celebrated way to bring balance into their lives.

As the old saying goes, we are what we eat! When we find balance in our relationship to whole foods, we will find our bodies naturally return to a healthy state of wellness.

I help each person learn to recognize what their body is telling them it needs. By looking at the connections between relationships, career, exercise, spirituality and food, you will discover what YOU need to genuinely live a balanced and healthy life. No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

I can recommend doctors, both allopathic and naturopathic, physical therapists, emotional freedom technique practitioners, hypnotherapists, massage therapists, yogis and personal trainers that I have worked extensively with to assure that you get a comprehensive approach to your well being.
